4. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment, failure to verify required ID, failure to send documents in a timely manner, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee, which varies based on the number of notarizations.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee.
